Students may be asked to analyse why the writer of the article felt they had to use the term 'Jerk' in their text. A student who wrote about this situation may be asked to consider the ethical implications of using the word. The students will then be asked to write about what they did about the situation and what they would do if they were in the position of the person in the scenario.The third type of satire essay that could be written by students is one that is based on a critique of a historical situation. In other words, students could be asked to take a look at a situation that is either new or ancient. This type of satire could be written by students who either simply want to show that the way an event or a concept has been handled by a person was not the best. Or it could be based on a critique of how a group has been used to perform or what a point could have been if the entire group had been handled d ifferently.The next category of satire essay samples is an analysis of an intellectual exercise that is directly related to the student's area of study. An example of this could be a critique of an argument that has been presented in some class. The students are asked to write about why this particular argument does not hold up to some sort of rigorous analysis.Another type of satire essay samples could be an examination of a contemporary issue. These types of examples involve analyzing a current problem that is real or has been presented as real. A few examples of these types of examples are corruption in the government, national healthcare, and social issues such as teen pregnancy and drugs.One last type of satire essay samples is a situation that involves a single idea. Students could be asked to write a piece that involves examining a specific quote or theme. In this case, they could be asked to explore the historical context of the quotation, compare it to other quotations, or consider the actuality of the quotes. When examined from a Marxist perspective, Polonius is often treated poorly by Hamlet because he is not in the same social rank as the prince; however, Polonius values his position as counselor highly and goes through great measures to assure that he keeps his job because it guarantees him a place in upper class society. After developing a plan to find the root of Hamlet’s madness with the king, Hamlet walks in, and Polonius attempts to converse with him. At first, Hamlet’s remarks seem insane, but his words are laden with insults to Polonius. The prince comments that he agrees with his book which describes â€Å"that old men have†¦ a plentiful lack of wit,† directing his jab at Polonius (II.II.193-195). His mocking shows that class is very important in the kingdom; because Polonius is of lower rank than Hamlet, Hamlet believes he has the right to insult Polonius. However, parental dependability does not mean that the parent has the habitual right to contact the child or know about the whereabouts of the child. Contacting with the child is the right of the child and not the right of the person who has acquired parental accountability of the child. If parents are married to each other, then none of the parents need to obtain consent from the other in registering the name as mother or father in the birth certificate of the child. However, if parents are not married to each other, then consent will be required as whose name shall be entered as parents in the birth record of the child. If the name of the father is entered into the birth certificate it shall be easier for the father to obtain parental responsibility of the child. In case there is a disagreement between the mother and father of the child as to whose name shall be entered into the birth certificate, then the father may apply for Parental Responsibility Order from the Court (Smietana et al. 2014). Both the parents need to be present at the Register office at the time of registration of the birth of the child. If either of the parents fails to attend the registration of the child then he has to submit the statutory declaration agreeing that he or she has no objection t o the name that is being put on the birth certificate. The declaration is formal document that should be signed by either by a solicitor or commissioner of the Courts. If the mother does not consent to put the name of the father on the birth record then he may apply for Parental Responsibility Order (Zee 2015). If none of the parents are available at the Register Office for registration of the childs birth then, the occupier of the house or hospital or someone who was near at the birth of the child or someone who is accountable for the child may become the registered parent of the child. Parental Responsibility is non transferable, this means that the person who has obtained parental responsibility can share his responsibility with some other person however; he cannot transfer his responsibility with some other person. A parental responsibility agreement is an agreement that is made between the father and mother of the child to allow the unmarried father to obtain Parental Responsib ility (Horspool and Humphreys 2012). However, agreement of both the parents is needed for this order. This type of contract is suitable when both parents agree to the unmarried father for obtaining parental responsibility.
